sysmocom cavity duplexers
We offer a variety of cavity duplexers for major cellular bands. They can be used as accessories to our own base station products, as well as with third-party base station products or SDR based systems.
Cavity duplexers offer excellent performance compared to discrete duplexers built from electronic components or even SAW filters:
very low insertion loss (typically <= 1.0 dB), ensuring most of your intended signal actually passes through
very high attenuation of any frequencies outside the respective Rx and Tx bands
large isolation between Rx and Tx, protecting the sensitive Rx input from being overdriven with the relatively high power Tx signal.
sysmocom offers mainly two families of duplexers: Either rated up to 30W RF power for use in dry environment (-kt30 suffix) only, or with IP67 rated weather-proof enclosure for outdoor (-kt40-ip67 suffix).

The table below shows our standard models, most of which we typically keep in stock in low quantity. Non-stock parts require an average or 4-5 weeks of production lead time.
custom duplexer models
We are very happy to produce cavity duplexers per our customer request. Customization includes bands / frequency, connectors / RF performance parameters. Please reach out to sales@sysmocom.de with your requirements. We can produce custom duplexers in low quantities (absolute minimum 10 units), but not at MOQ-1. Thanks for your understanding.
